Frequently Asked Questions

---

Q: How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

A: We are working as fast as possible to get your order out within the quoted lead time posted at the top of our website. BUSINESS DAYS are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time, excluding federal holidays. Please refrain from emailing or calling if you are still within the quoted lead time. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it leaves our shop. If you HAVE NOT received tracking information and it has been PAST the last day of the quoted lead time, please do reach out so we can get you taken care of.

Q: Do You Sell To Distributors Or Stores?

A: No, we do not. We may open sales to select distributors and stores in the future, but for now we are not doing so. We pride ourselves on being an American owned and operated company and refuse to outsource any business to fill large orders to meet the margins required by most retailers.

Q: Do You Guys Make A Holster For ( insert gun model here )?

A: If you do not see your gun model in the drop down menu, it means we do not offer it at this time. We are not accepting any fully custom builds, but we do invite you to email us and let us know you are requesting whatever gun model it is. Requests are reviewed weekly and will be added according to customer demands.

Q: Can I Make Changes To My Order After It Has Been Placed?

A: Short answer... Maybe. If your order has begun the production process, we can not make any changes. If it has NOT begun the production process, we CAN make changes! Shoot us an email or phone call and we can take a look at where your order is. (the time it takes for an order to enter production will fluctuate based on order volume)

Q: Is Appendix Carry Comfortable While Sitting?

A: Who knows?! If you are extremely over weight (no offense), appendix carry probably isn't for you. On the same note, everything is relative. If you have never carried appendix before, you're going to be sore for the first little while, no matter what holster you use. The key to sitting with an appendix carry holster is just a slight adjustment. The holster should be sitting vertically against your torso, and almost feel as though the bottom is sitting on your lap.

Q: What Does The Extended Magazine Option Mean?

A: Depending on the size of magazine you are carrying, we may need to make it sit lower in the mag carrier for proper concealment. For example: A standard Glock 19 has a 15 round magazine. If you added a +4 extension to it, then it will ride higher than standard. By selecting +4, it lets us know we need to produce it so it sits a little bit lower in the mag carrier for the best possible concealment.

Q: Will My Firearm Fit Into A Light Compatible Holster Without The Light Attached?

A: Short answer, No. In order for a light compatible holster to work properly the light must always be on the firearm while using the holster. Without it, there is too much open space and can allow the firearm to move around more than it should.

 ---

Q: Why Doesn't My Light Compatible Holster Have An Audible “click” When I Holster My Firearm?

A: Our light compatible holsters use friction retention to secure the firearm in the holster, so you will not get an audible click when holstering them. The channeling required to fit the light takes away the ability to add a locking retention point around the trigger guard, and we could not create a locking point on the light without risking damage to the light itself, which would also result in extremely fast wear on the holster.

Q: Why Don't You Ship OWB Products, Lights, Or Multicam Holsters Internationally?

A: Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) we cannot ship certain products that are currently used by the US Military or Government. Due to most of our mounting systems being regulated by ITAR we have decided not to allow sales of them internationally at this time. With Multicam being the current pattern used by the US Military, it is also restricted from being shipped outside of the United States, so it is also not available on holsters that will be shipped internationally. Any orders placed with these items will be contacted via email to be changed or refunded. If the email is not responded to within 15 days the order will be canceled.

Q: Can I Order Just The Holster Side Of The AGIS?

A: No, and here’s why. Our AGIS holsters are built as a complete unit to ensure the proper alignment of all pieces. If the two sides are not built as a pair, then we risk the holster not aligning properly with the mag carrier, causing it to not ride properly or even print when being concealed.

Q: Do You Offer Local Pick Up?

A: We do not offer local pick up currently due to zoning laws at our shop and offices. We are currently zoned as a manufacturing company, in an area where it is strictly enforced. Because of this, we are not able to offer local pickup. If you live on the Wasatch Front, you will generally receive your order the day after it ships.

Q: Do You Have A Way I Can Be Informed When (insert product here) Is In Stock?

A: We don’t currently have a notification for when specific products are in stock, but we try to keep customers on our mailing list informed when products, including premium kydex inventory are restocked, as well as when new firearm and light options are added. They are also the first to hear about sales and promos, so we suggest signing up on our home page so you don’t miss out!

Q: Do The Suppressor Height Sight, Optic Cut, Or Threaded Barrel Options Affect Fitment Or Retention If My Firearm Does Not Have Them Yet?

A: No, the overall fitment and retention will remain the same. However, when you do add those accessories to your firearm, some of the dimensions like the sight channel height, cut of the sweat guard, position of rivets or snaps, and the bottom portion of the holster may prevent the firearm from fitting properly. If you are planning to add any of these accessories, we STRONGLY recommend choosing YES to these options. That way, your firearm will fit before AND after you add these accessories.
